Return and Refund
You will need to submit photos of the product together with the packaging box within 24 hours prior product being delivered. We will provide either a 1 to 1 exchange or refund if the product is proven to be defective. However, The Bavaria reserve all the right to decline a refund request.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel the order only if the product has not yet been shipped out (Pending Status). The refund payment will be made accordingly after the cancellation. Please contact us and provide your order number to request an order cancellation.
Payment
You will require to transfer the money to the bank accounts stated on the Confirmation Page.
Shipping
After the order is confirmed and the payment slip is attached, we will send out the parcel within 5-7 working days. A shipping reference will be sent out through email to you and you can check it out with the appointed third party delivery vendor.
For West Malaysia, the shipping rate is RM4.90 and free shipping when spending more than RM60.
For East Malaysia, the shipping fee is RM15/kg and please contact customer support to get the cheapest shipping rate.
